Company History and Background

Founded: 2013

The Boutique Bake range of gourmet baking mixes was created from a love and real passion for home baking. It all started in a small cottage in Donnybrook, Dublin, Ireland in the summer of 2013. All of the mixes were created using only the finest quality ingredients, and this remains at the core of their products today. They guarantee that their award­ winning baking mixes have nothing nasty added to them and never will! Boutique Bake’s mission is to help you have fun with their super easy, baking mixes and to enjoy baking them as much as they do! Catherine’s background is in HR and she worked in a HR role for 2 years before following her real passion, which is food and in particular baking! She took the leap in June 2013 and founded Boutique Bake from her kitchen table, 3 months later she left her job and started working full­time on her dream! There are currently 5 tasty products in the Classic Range: • Belgian Chocolate Brownie Mix – ‘The Gooey One’ • Lemon Drizzle Cake Mix – ‘The Zingy One’ • Carrot Cake Mix – ‘The Cheeky One’ • Brown Bread Mix – ‘The Rustic One’ • Flapjack Mix – ‘The Chewy One’ There are currently three delicious products in the Health Range: • Almond & Cacao Brownie Mix • Cacao Protein Bites Mix • Oat & Seed Energy Bar Mix
