Company History and Background
Founded: 1999
Established in 1999, Genovese are the oldest fresh pesto producers in Ireland and we still hand make our range of savouries in small batches. We blend the taste of our fresh ingredients, using techniques that allow those tastes to develop naturally and unhurried. We respect the provenance of our raw materials and the changes that occur seasonally in those ingredients. We are Origin Green verified which means we live by a code of ethics that reflects our beliefs in sustainability both economically and socially and make every effort to curtail our footprint on this planet.
