Haining Meilun Chemical Fiber Co., Ltd. is a manufacturer of colored chemical fiber products, it is a manufacturing-type enterprise engaged in texturing, plying, hank reeling, dyeing, spooling and other processes. Meilun specializes in producing high-grade colored elastic nylon, colored elastic polyester, which are mainly used in knitwear, socks, braid, surgical dressing, sewing thread, etc. For years' effort, "Meilun" series and "Tegu" series products have good reputation in the industry, and are trusted by high-end customers. Our operation principle is to offer high-quality products and services, and to realize win-win between the company and customers. In 2006, the color matching center was established to solve the problems such as: low speed for smaller orders, high minimum order quantity, enormous waste, etc. Since year 2006, the company has founded about 600-color inventory replenishment for 70D/2 colored elastic nylon, 200 colors for 30D/2 dyed silk.The minimum order quantity is 0.3KG, no small cylinder fee is charged. Thus the time efficiency is increased, and the zero inventory of nylon materials has realized. In 2006, Meilun testing center was established, and it is equipped with cleaning, perspiration, water stain, dry rubbing, wet rubbing, anti-yellowing and various color fastness testing equipment. Since 2008, the company has hired dyeing experts from Japan for guiding the promotion of color fastness after high-temperature setting of nylon. For 2 years' effort, the company developed "Tegu" nylon in 2010, and the color fastness can reach level four. In July 2010, Meilun Chemical Fiber passed the acceptance of 6S management. In 2013 and 2014, the company passed the Adidas A01 (chemical substance) test In March 2014, "Tegu" series nylon passed the certificate of Oeko-Tex 100 level 1 certificate. We have paid and have achieved harvest. Our R&D and management are according to customers' requirements. Meilun Chemical Fiber strives to be new benchmark of quality in the industry.
