Zhejiang Heading Filter Material Co., Ltd. was founded in 2002. Our company has over 10 years of experience in the R&D, manufacture and sale of industrial filtration materials and special filter textiles. Thus, our company is appraised as a famous enterprise in manufacturing environmental protection equipment in China. The key areas we currently focus on include filter fabrics (filter cloths & nonwoven fabrics), dedusting fabrics and screen meshes. Industrial Filtration Fabrics include: 1) Nonwoven fabrics 2) Needle punched felts 3) Woven filter cloths 4) Air Slide Belts and Air Slide Canvas 5) Filter Press bags, Dust collector Bags and liquid filter bags 6) PE/PA Filter Mesh Fabrics 7) Filtration Parts Manufacturing Facilities: Heading Filter has established stringent quality control concepts and systems for all raw material procurement and manufacturing processes. Our company has a total floor area of 10,000sqm. We have a production line that can produce 10,000,000 square meters of needle felts per year, in addition to an annual output of 800,000 square meters of woven filter fabrics. We have woven filter fabric exclusive equipment and filtration bag sewing machines. Our company has set up a complete series of testing equipment combined with advanced production processes. Therefore, our products are widely used in various dust treatment and smoke/gas cleaning industries, such as iron & steel refining, metallurgy, cement, chemical engineering, power generation and urban garbage burning. Our company is based upon 10 years of experience in the manufacture and supply of quality dust filtration needle felts, dust bags and woven filter cloths. Advanced equipment introduced from Germany and Switzerland and optimized management of production lines have ensured the extremely high quality of our products. Our goal is to manufacture high quality needle felts, woven filter media and filter bags to fit various operation conditions.
