There are three types of Oliveoil in terms of their degree of acit.
Virgin Oliveoil: It has the highest quality and all the requirements for healthcare. The taste of it ranges from slight to tangy. It is proper for consumption when the acidity level is lower than 3.3%.
Refined Oliveoil: The acidity of it ranges from (0-0.3)% and it doesn’t have any aroma. It is not proper for consumption and con not be used alone.
Riviera type Oliveoil: It is obtained by mixing the virgin and the refned oliveoil in certain proportions. Proper for consumption.
